ESTHETIC IMPLANT PLACEMENT FOLLOWING ORTHODONTIC TOOTH EXTRUSION

A patient of 36 years old female with deformation of left central incisor  referred to our clinic for this looking improvement.

Original frontal view of the patient.

CT graphic view revealed narrow alveolar ridge. 

The tooth extrusion was performed for gingival leveling with mini-screw orthodontic anchorage. 

Gingival leveling was almost attained three months later.

Extraction, the implant placement used non-mocosal elevating method, abutment connection, provisional restoration and soft tissue grafting from apical direction were performed at the same time.

Ten days later.

About three months later, shade taking and the impression taking were  done.
