For implant surgeon, CT diagnosis can be valid. However, perception of bone drilling and drill selection on surgery in the time may be more important to lead success with immediate loading approach.
Tooth fracture of 34 was occurred after these procedures. The patient desired all the residual teeth extraction and replacement of oral implants.

Tooth-Supported Fixed Partial Dentures (IS-FPD) was partialized for tooth extraction. |

Branemark implants were installed at the site of 36, 34, 32 and 42. Minor bone graft using autogenous chip bone was performed at the extraction sockets. Drill selection, adaptation and site selection of bone for implant are important for gaining enough initial implant stability to success immediate loading approach. |

Because of short clearance toward upper prosthesis, author could not help choosing implant platform level provisional FPD. Temporally abutments were placed before suturing. |

Healing abutments were placed after provisional implant-suported FPD removed for preparation and ajustment. |
