Ten years and five months of a female patient referred our clinic for orthodontic treatment. Diagnosis: Class II, lower anterior crowding. Movement period: 24
months. Retainer: lingual wire
bonding lower canine to canine. Implants for orthodontic anchorage were not used for the parental will. Lower intrusion might be suitable rather than upper incisors intrusion for future facial esthetics.
初診時10歳5ヶ月女性の患者さんが矯正治療を希望し来院しました。診断は2級下顎前歯叢生でした。動的治療期間は24ヶ月。保定装置は下顎前歯ワイヤー接着による保定。固定用インプラントは患者さんの希望で使用されなかった。上顎前歯の圧下より下顎前歯の圧下が将来のお顔の審美性のためには有効であろう。
