 A female patient of thirty-five years old referred our clinic for implant treatment in the site of upper lateral incisor, which had been fractured. The treatment sequences were indicated below.　

35歳女性が破折した上顎側切歯のインプラント治療を求めて来院した。治療過程を下記に示す。

  1. The tooth extraction and implant insertion immediately. （抜歯と即時インプラント埋入）
  2. Minor bone graft.　（骨移植）
  3. Immediate provisional restoration.（即時プロビジョナル仮の歯の作製）
  4. Final restoration after implant healing period (4~6months) .  （4〜6ヶ月後の最終補綴）

Suture with no tension of the flap and immediate implant provisional.

Procera custom titanium abutment and all ceramic crown.
The titanium abutment in place.

Procera all ceramic crown was cemented four months after the surgery.

    You have nicely pictured the entire procedure of immediate implant insertion to the extraction socket. This sort of dental implant procedure reduces treatment time therefore patient need not to wait for a long time to complete their teeth restoration process. Patient need not to wait for 6-12 months for implants.
