A CONVERTING TECHNIQUE FROM FULL DENTURE TO PROVISIONAL FIXED PARTIAL DENTURE CONTAINING ZYGOMA IMPLANTS ザイゴマインプラント

The case on fully edentulous maxilla of 62-year-old female patient received implant surgery with six implants containing two zygoma implants.

The author would like to show a converting method from full denture used in healing period to provisional implant supported-fixed partial denture (IS-FPD).

Pre-2nd-surgical view of the maxilla.

Only palatal tissue conditioner was remained for the place reproducibility.

Implants heads were indicated with silicone  material.

Each site was hole drilled. 

Three point material was remained for the place reproducibility.

The implants cylinders were taken in the full denture.

Around cylinders were filled with acrylic resin by the chair side setting.
