We would like to show our impression technique through our clinical case for implant-supported fixed partial denture (IS-FPD) with long inter-implant distance. Forty year-old female patient visited initially in 2004 for oral implant treatment. The impression method is indicated below.
The points were that:
1. Reliable connections for each impression coping without deformation
2. Preparation in the study model before the impression.
3. Preparation of customized tray.
4. Enough rest time (about a day) for PVS impression material after the impression taking.
