SINGLE IMPLANT RESTORATION WITH ADJACENT TOOTH MOVEMENT PART1

In the case of single implant placement with immediate implant installing into immediate extraction socket, implant placement at the 3D-ideal position might be hard because of being various socket conditions.
The case presentation of thirty-year-old man single implant restoration with adjacent-anterior tooth movement for failing to installing the implant at 3D-ideal position is indicated below. The minor orthodontic recovery was simply performed with tooth separation elastics.

Immediate implant installing into immediate extraction socket with autogenious bone graft. The socket was closed by palatal pedicle flap moved from palatal mucosa.  

Only narrow space was available between single implant head and the medial tooth at second surgery. Separation elastic was used for proper space gaining.

Healing abutment was replaced by provisional single restoration.  Separation elastics was used continuously.

Proper space was gained for restoration for adjacent-anterior tooth migration.

The impression taking.

Porcelain fused titanium Procera restorations were made at implant platform level. We prefer titanium base to zirconium for long time perspective and screw retained to cement bonding also.
