IMPLANT SURGERY WITH BONE GRAFT FROM PALATAL TORUS: PART2

The palatal torus could supply enough autogenous bone quantity for recipient site of lower right premolars. The patient is planned to receive more implants following residual teeth extraction with immediate loading approach. A 52 year-old patient's case is indicated below.
