Abstruct 要旨

1. Figure 1 shows anatomical basics for ZAGA-2 placement.
2. Figure 2 movie shows how to place the BMK Clinic Zygoma Retractor or the ZAGA-2 Instrument.
3. The movie shows accidents can be prevented by pinching the outer lower edge of the eye socket and the base of the cheekbone with your fingers.

Fig.2.  Before placing the ZAGA-2, it is necessary to peel off the mucoperiosteum of the cheekbone using ZAGA-1.
